Montgomerie Street, Tarbolton, Ayrshire, Scotland
The Coilsfield Estate (later renamed Montgomerie House) was granted to Melrose Abbey in 1342; after the Reformation it was acquired by the Cuninghame family of Caprington, from whom it was purchased by Col. J. Montgomerie in 1661. The road is one of many references to the Montgomerie family.
