Fr Michael J. MacDonald, PhB, STL (1978), parish priest of St. Michael’s RC Church,
Ardenneth, Iochdar, and St. Mary’s RC Church, Bornish, South Uist, (Sgìr-Easbuig
Earraghàidheal’s nan Eilean).
Besides his work in the parish community, Fr. MacDonald is known as a local historian with extensive knowledge of South Uist and the surrounding area.
